This 12 month acceleration program puts together decades of hand on experience, the latest tested and trusted cutting edge management tools, and individual 1-2-1 support. It equips teams with the skills, the discipline and the entrepreneurial passion to grow as fast as possible. The program keeps everyone accountable to accomplishing his/her part of the journey.
Within 12 months you will:

- Our Academic partnership with the TECH (Technology and Entrepreneurship Centre at Harvard) is a key feature of the Scaling Up Masters program.
- CEOs of the participating companies from around the globe will come together for two days of intensive learning with our faculty thought leaders at the conclusion of each cohort.
- They will also have the opportunity to return at the end of their program to share key insights and learnings with other CEOs, to benefit from ongoing peer to peer learning.
- All CEOs completing the 20'000 ScaleUps Program will earn a Master's Certificate from Harvard.
WHY IS THE 20,000 SCALE UP PROGRAM DIFFERENT?
- The 20k Scaleups program puts together decades of hands-on experience, the latest cutting-edge management tools, and individual 1-on-1 support to equip high-potential companies with the skills, instruments, and entrepreneurial passion to grow as fast as possible.
- The program is designed to have a maximum of five businesses on each class, which means that you and your leadership team will benefit from a highly focused experience and have an interactive learning from the other entrepreneurs in your class.
- The academic partnership with Harvard will allow each participating CEO to attend the launch of each new class at the TECH college and on completion of the program the opportunity to graduate with a masters certificate from Harvard.

Business Growth Assessments
All Participating CEOs will have the opportunity to undertake a complimentary Business Growth Assessment.
The assessment examines how healthy and optimally a business is operating in the areas of People, Strategy, Execution and Cash, helping the CEO to efficiently identify problem areas, better leverage strong areas, and overall ensure sustainable growth for their company.
Each Assessment provides CEO benchmarking against a Peer Group of over 10,000 CEOs from around the Globe.
The CEO will have the opportunity to discuss the key insights with other members of their Peer Group and put in place strategies to focus on developing those areas that will provide you them with the highest pay back.
Access to over 100 online Masterclasses
Participating companies on the SMP will have access for the duration of program to over 100 on line masterclasses. Along with their team, the CEOs will be able to supplement the learnings from the classroom sessions with On demand masterclasses from some of the world's top thought leaders.
Topics include Leadership, Operations, Culture, Teamwork, Recruitment, Sales, Marketing, Cash and Lean Thinking.
Focus on Cash
All Participating CEOs will be provided with complimentary access to Cashflow Story Software.
The software is designed to help CEOs and their colleagues have a clear understanding of the numbers driving their business performance, as well as how focusing on Working Capital can help drive more cash into the business.
We will be focusing on the importance of Cash the third classroom session, including coaching the benefits of the Cash conversion cycle and the Power of One exercise.
Business Growth Assessment
All participating companies will have access to a suite of critical implementation tools that will become the backbone to run your business, free you from the day to day.
These include the One Page Strategic Plan, The Functional Accountability Chart and the Cash Conversion Checklist. All designed to provide alignment with the senior team and a powerful framework for growth
Scaling Up Scoreboard
Scaling Up Scoreboard gives you custom tools specifically designed to help you adopt the Scaling Up and Rockefeller Habits methodology quicker than doing it on your own.
Planning, execution, and communication activities are stored in a centralized tool. Responsibilities and accountability are shared across the full team. Dashboards keep you on track with real-time progress updates.
Each participating company has access to 10 licences for the duration of the program.
