• Located in the Wye Valley an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty,  The Re-treat is only 2 1/2 from Central London and sixty minutes from Birmingham. Our purpose built coaching studio can comfortably host up to eight team members and benefits from super fast broadband and high standards of audio visuals.

Connect with you

First, we learn your vision and goals for your company retreat. In our introductory call, your Retreat Specialist will learn as much as we can about your company, brand, culture, goals and aspirations. Once we understand some basic parameters, and what success looks like for you, we'll get to work.

Design your Retreat

Working with your budget and your desired outcomes, our team will develop a programme that will include the agenda for the workshop sessions as well as the extra curriculum activities.

Then we share this with you and refine to ensure that it tightly meets your objectives.
