This 12 month acceleration program puts together decades of hand on experience, the latest tested and trusted cutting edge management tools, and individual 1-2-1 support. It equips teams with the skills, the discipline and the entrepreneurial passion to grow as fast as possible. The program keeps everyone accountable to accomplishing his/her part of the journey.

Within 12 months you will:

Our Academic partnership with the TECH (Technology and Entrepreneurship Centre at Harvard) is a key feature of the Scaling Up Masters program.
CEOs of the participating companies from around the globe will come together for two days of intensive learning with our faculty thought leaders at the conclusion of each cohort.
They will also have the opportunity to return at the end of their program to share key insights and learnings with other CEOs, to benefit from ongoing peer to peer learning.
All CEOs completing the 20'000 ScaleUps Program will earn a Master's Certificate from Harvard.

The program is designed to have a maximum of five businesses on each class, which means that you and your leadership team will benefit from a highly focused experience and have an interactive learning from the other entrepreneurs in your class.
The academic partnership with Harvard will allow each participating CEO to attend the launch of each new class at the TECH college and on completion of the program the opportunity to graduate with a masters certificate from Harvard.
Benefit from having coaching from our Faculty thought leaders that will be delivered in a classroom environment either in person or online.
You will have access to proven Scaling Up tools and certified Scaling Up coaches to provide you with the confidence and the right mindset to grow your organisations.
You will have access to the very best thought leaders through our online learning portal, The Growth Institute

The 12 month program combines academic thought leaders with top quality certified Scaling Up coaches to enable you and your organisations to Scale Up fast.
The program has been designed to ensure that you and your team have mastered the whole of the Scaling Up curriculum, focused around People, Strategy, Cash and Execution.
Work alongside 5 other high growth organisations and benefit from the power of peer to peer learning.
The very best on line learning powered by the Growth Institute to enable your whole organisation to learn the fundamentals of Scaling Up.
The program is underpinned by our partnership with the Technology and Entrepreneurship Centre ( TECH) at Harvard.
Each participating CEO will have the opportunity to study at Harvard and gain a Masters Certificate
Each participating company will have access to the very best Scaling Up tools, including The Growth Institute, My Cashflow Story, The Scaling Up Scoreboard software and Scaling Up Assessments.

Business Growth Assessment

All Participating CEOs will have the opportunity to undertake a complimentary Business Growth Assessment.

The assessment examines how healthy and optimally a business is operating in the areas of People, Strategy, Execution and Cash, helping the CEO to efficiently identify problem areas, better leverage strong areas, and overall ensure sustainable growth for their company.

Each Assessment provides CEO benchmarking against a Peer Group of over 10,000 CEOs from around the Globe.

The CEO will have the opportunity to discuss the key insights with other members of their Peer Group and put in place strategies to focus on developing those areas that will provide you them with the highest pay back.

Focus on Cash

All Participating CEOs will be provided with complimentary access to Cashflow Story Software.

The software is designed to help CEOs and their colleagues have a clear understanding of the numbers driving their business performance, as well as how focusing on Working Capital can help drive more cash into the business.

We will be focusing on the importance of Cash the third classroom session, including coaching the benefits of the Cash conversion cycle and the Power of One exercise.
